Description

Pac-Man Maker was a game developed by Pixowl and released in 2017 for iOS devices. It is based on the previously-released Pac-Man content pack for The Sandbox Evolution, another Pixowl-developed game. The game was, oddly, only ever released in Canada; it was delisted from the Canadian App Store at an unknown date. An Android port was planned but canceled.
