Description

Empire at Risk is a simple strategy game in which you control one of four empires. The goal is to rule the entire map. Regions and city fields add tactical depth. Expand your empire and dominate dynamic maps. Conquer regions to increase your supply per turn, and move your troops wisely to outmaneuver your enemies.
